Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- A return request can only be submitted after the item has been physically received.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, including any international shipping costs.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition.
- All labels, tags, and original packaging must still be attached.
- Items may be tried on, but must not be worn for extended use.
- Orders that were intentionally placed in multiple sizes with the intention of returning part of the order may not be eligible for return.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Return Process
If you wish to return an item, please follow the steps below:
1. Request a Return

3. Ship the Item Back
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including any customs duties or international shipping fees if applicable.
4. Use Track & Trace
We strongly recommend sending your return using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot process returns that are lost in transit.
Refunds
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- The purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Order Responsibility
Please ensure all order details are correct before completing your purchase.
- We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
- If an incorrect shipping address is entered during checkout, the responsibility lies with the customer.
- Address changes must be reported within 24 hours after placing the order.
